BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

No-shows may be required to pay in full before future bookings.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

All payments are due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

REFUNDS & SATISFACTION

All service sales are final.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may offer a correction or adjustment where possible.

Product sales are final unless defective or otherwise required by law.
